How do I set my own Signature?

To customize your email signature, follow these steps:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Signature.
  3. Choose the account you want to modify.

Under Include Signature, choose when it should appear:

  • Every email.
  • Only compose emails.
  • Compose email, first reply.

You can design your signature with various options:

  • Text Styling: Use bold, italic, and font size.
  • Lists: Add numbered lists or bullet points.
  • Images and Links: Insert images, hyperlinks, and more.

This allows you to create a professional, personalized signature for your emails.

Settings → Signature → account → Include Signature
