How to Show/Hide the Unsubscribe Shortcut Button?

Newsletters are easy to accumulate and tedious to leave. BlueMail spots the unsubscribe details that senders include in their own mail and turns them into a single tap, so you can be off a mailing list in a second rather than hunting for a link at the bottom of a message. When it works, you get a quick confirmation:

You are now unsubscribed from this mailing list

The shortcut is shown by default, and you are in charge of whether it stays.

Showing or Hiding It

Go to Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features and find Hide One Tap Unsubscribe, described there as "Do not show One Tap Unsubscribe button for newsletters".

Note which way round it works, since the row is named for hiding:

  • Toggle off to show the shortcut. This is the default.
  • Toggle on to hide it, for a cleaner reading view.

Hiding the shortcut changes nothing about the newsletters themselves. You can still unsubscribe the usual way from inside any message.
