What is Outbox Folder?

When you send an email, its delivery depends on network connectivity and the availability of the recipient's mail system. Until the email is fully delivered, it will remain in the Outbox, and BlueMail will retry sending it up to 3 times. Once the email is successfully sent, it will move to the 'Sent' folder and be removed from the Outbox. If all 3 attempts fail, the email is moved to the Drafts folder so you can review and resend it.

You can view your folders by tapping your account avatar at the top-left. Then, select the desired account and choose Outbox.
