Does BlueMail integrate with my Provider/Device Contacts?

BlueMail is designed to seamlessly integrate with your device contacts, as well as with the addresses to which you have previously sent emails. This integration enhances the ease of composing and sending emails by providing quick access to your contacts.

On Android & iOS BlueMail integrates with your device contacts and addresses from sent emails. When composing an email, begin typing in the To field and Auto-Complete suggests relevant addresses. That draws on your device's address book, any Exchange ActiveSync account with GAL support, and — for accounts you signed into with the provider's own sign-in page — the contacts held by Google, Outlook and Microsoft 365.

For a Google account this also includes every address you have emailed, not just saved contacts, so the suggestions can be far broader than your address book alone.

On Windows, Mac & Linux

BlueMail integrates with addresses from your sent emails, and with Exchange and Google Contacts.

To access contacts:

  1. Begin typing in the To field while composing an email.
  2. Auto-complete suggests relevant addresses from your contacts.

With these features, BlueMail aims to streamline your email communication by effectively integrating with your existing contacts across various platforms.
