You can Delete an email in one of the following ways:
- From Mail View, by tapping the Delete/Trash Bottom Bar Action button
- From Mail List, swipe left on the email preview | Delete
To enable a delete confirmation popup on each email, please go to Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Confirm Before Deleting

When you delete an email it goes to the Trash folder and deleting from within the Trash folder will delete it permanently. Most providers will also empty the Trash folder automatically at set intervals, and sometimes keep the emails only for 30 days.
On Desktop
You can Delete an email in one of the following ways:
- From Mail View, click the Delete/Trash icon.
- From Mail List, right-click the email preview | Delete
