If you have recently changed your email account's password on the provider's website, make sure to update the password for this account on BlueMail to match the provider.
To update your password, go to Settings | Accounts | tap the account you want to update | Update Password.

Note: For security reasons, you cannot change your current password from within BlueMail, and we cannot reset it for you.
