Your message is safe. If your network drops while an email is on its way out, BlueMail keeps it in the Outbox and sends it automatically as soon as you are back online. You do not need to do anything, and nothing is lost.
If the Connection Stays Down
Rather than leave the message waiting indefinitely, BlueMail moves it to Drafts, where it stays complete and ready to go. You will see a notice naming the account:
Account [your account] was unable to send an email. The message was moved to Drafts folder.
When the message could not be confirmed either way, the wording tells you that too:
Email may have not been sent due to connectivity issues. The email was moved to drafts folder so you can resend or delete it.
Open Drafts, tap the message, and send it again whenever it suits you. Everything you wrote, along with your recipients and attachments, is still there.
If the Notice Includes an Error Code
When the server gives BlueMail a reason, the notice carries it as an Error line. Those codes come from your mail provider and each one points at a specific cause. See Understanding the SMTP Error Codes for what they mean and how to clear them.
If BlueMail is not reaching your provider at all, Unable to Connect to Server and Common Solutions are the quickest places to start.
