How to set Vibrations on Notifications?

Go to Settings | Notifications | [select the account], then:

• Vibration — toggle vibration on or off.
• Vibration Settings — choose the vibration pattern (Default, Very Short, Short, Medium, Long, Very Long, Extra Long) and how many times it repeats.
