Where do I See the Emails that I Sent?

Tap your account avatar at the top-left, choose the account, then choose Sent. See navigating between folders for the full folder list.

Your Sent Folder Is the One on the Server

BlueMail doesn't keep a separate copy of your sent mail. It reads the same Sent folder your provider keeps, so what you see here is what you'd see in your provider's webmail or on any other device signed in to that account.

Two things follow from that. Anything you sent before installing BlueMail is already there, as far back as your sync settings reach. And deleting a sent email here deletes it on the server too, so it disappears everywhere.

Each account has its own Sent folder, so switch accounts using the avatar if a message isn't where you expected — it's easy to send from one address and go looking in another.

If a Message Isn't in Sent

It may still be on its way. An email waits in the Outbox while BlueMail delivers it, and only moves to Sent once the server accepts it. If it's sitting in the Outbox, see what the Outbox folder is and how to check the status of sent messages.

Sending may have failed. After three unsuccessful attempts BlueMail moves the email to Drafts so you can review and resend it, rather than losing it.

It may not have synced yet. Pull down on the mail list to refresh the folder.

If you see the opposite problem — the same message filed twice — that's a provider setting rather than a BlueMail one: eliminating duplicate messages in your Sent folder.
