The 3-dot menu in Compose is where a message's own settings live, so you can change how a single email is sent without changing anything for the rest of your mail.
Always Available
- Request Read Receipt asks the recipient's email service to confirm when your message is opened. See How to Request a Read Receipt?
- High Priority flags the message as important, which is what puts the priority marker on it in the recipient's list. See How To Mark a High Priority mail.
- Plain Text Only sends the message without rich text formatting. For the opposite, changing fonts and colors while you write is done from the formatting toolbar.
Each of these is a toggle for the message in front of you. Once one is on, the menu entry offers to turn it off again, reading Disable Plain Text Only and the like.
Encryption, Once You Have Set It Up
When an account is configured for encryption, the same menu carries it:
- Use PGP, for accounts with PGP keys in place. PGP in BlueMail is completely free. See PGP Keys.
- Use S/MIME, for accounts with an S/MIME certificate imported. See S/MIME Support.
One tap covers both signing and encrypting, and once on, the entry becomes Disable PGP or Disable S/MIME.
Cc and Bcc
These are not in the menu. Tap Add Cc/Bcc on the Compose screen itself to open the fields, or have them shown every time with Always show CC/BCC in Compose under Settings | Accounts | [select the account]. See Do you Support BCC?
