GemAI Hub is the one place where everything the AI prepares for you comes together: AI-generated reply drafts and email summaries, gathered on a single screen so you can review them in one pass.
A bulk action does the work for you: a single tap processes a whole batch of emails automatically, so you never have to open and handle them one by one. Everything runs right on your device, without your messages ever leaving your phone or tablet.
The summaries you create here do double duty, too: they replace the first-line preview in your main email list, giving you the gist of each message at a glance.
How to Find
Tap To Do in the bottom bar and look for the AI Hub card.
The card tells you at a glance how much is waiting — it shows a live count of your Drafts and Summaries, so you can see there is something to review without opening it. Tap the card to go in.
It sits alongside the other cards on that screen — Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Screener and Tasks — which makes To Do the single place to catch up on everything BlueMail has prepared for you.
GemAI Hub runs on iPhone and iPad, because its drafts and summaries are generated by Apple's on-device models. Switch it on in Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Enable GemAI, and the card joins the To Do screen.

How to Use
The screen has two tabs at the top:

Each row shows the avatar, subject and a state indicator:
- Spinning loader, generation in progress
- Checkmark, generated and waiting for you to open
Tap a row to open the email. The button at the bottom queues every pending item in the current tab, and is labeled for that tab with a running count — ✨ Generate All Drafts (0/5) on the Drafts tab, ✨ Generate All Summaries (0/5) on Summaries.
Options
- Filter menu (funnel icon, top right): filter by status, All, Not Generated, Generated
- Sound toggle, plays a chime when a draft or summary finishes generating, useful while you do other work
- Auto generate (premium), automatically generates everything pending in the background when you open the app
Tips
- Open GemAI Hub once in the morning, tap the Generate All button, then go through your inbox normally, the drafts will be ready by the time you reach each email
- Turn on the sound toggle if you batch-generate items and want a cue when they finish
- The filter to Not Generated is handy for finding the next thing to act on
Daily Limits
Free accounts have separate caps inside GemAI Hub:
- 5 drafts per day
- 5 summaries per day
A premium upgrade banner appears at the bottom of the screen when the limit is reached.
Troubleshooting
I can't find the AI Hub card
- Tap To Do in the bottom bar — the card lives on that screen, alongside Calendar, Contacts, Notes, Screener and Tasks
- Switch on Settings | Global Settings | Advanced Features | Enable GemAI, which is what brings the card in
Generating a batch starts but never finishes
- Pull down to refresh the screen
- Check your internet connection
- If you have hit your daily cap, remaining items will not generate until tomorrow or you upgrade
The card still shows a count after I have been through everything
- The counts follow the rows themselves, so switch the filter to Generated to confirm what has already been handled and Not Generated to see what is genuinely still waiting
- Pull down to refresh, or reopen the app, and the counts settle
I want to disable Auto generate
- Auto generate is premium only, free accounts cannot enable it in the first place
- Premium subscribers can turn it off in the same filter menu
