Copying Someone Else's Address
From the mail view, long-tap the sender's name (the bold text at the top) to open their contact card, then tap the copy icon next to their email address.
The same works for anyone else on the email, not just the sender. Tap More Details to expand the To and Cc rows, then long-tap whichever contact you want and copy their address the same way.
This is the reliable way to get an address exactly right — no retyping, and no transcription mistakes in a name like j.o.smith+news@example.com.
Finding Your Own Address
If what you actually want is your own address — to give someone, or to sign up for something — it's listed under Settings | Accounts, where each account row shows the address it sends from. Useful when you have several accounts and need the right one.
To copy it rather than read it, open any email you've sent, tap More Details, and long-tap your own address in the From row — the same copy affordance as above.
