Sometimes, handling an email immediately isn't effective or possible — you might need to wait for a certain time, be in a specific place, or have certain resources or prerequisites. For such emails, BlueMail lets you defer their handling.
Reply Later offers these ready-made time frames:
- Later Today — two hours from now (or the end of today, whichever comes first)
- This Evening — 8:00 PM today
- Tomorrow Morning — 8:00 AM tomorrow
- Next Week — 8:00 AM, seven days from now
- In a Month — 8:00 AM, one month from now
- Someday — no set time; it waits in Tasks until you come back to it
- Pick Date — choose your own date and time
When you mark an email as Reply Later, it will be added to Tasks.
