Printing an email in BlueMail is easy:
- Open the email you wish to print.
- Tap the 3-dot menu in the top-right corner. On some layouts the same menu is also reachable from the actions at the bottom of the message.
- Choose Print.
From here, you can select which printer to use and configure the details of the print job.
Printing is available on the desktop apps as well as on your phone and tablet. You can also add Print to the buttons shown while reading an email — see Bottom Bar Actions.
The Menu Has No Print Option
If the menu opens but there is no Print entry in it, printing has been switched off for the whole app rather than moved somewhere else. This is something an organization can do to a managed device, so it usually shows up on a work or school account. To have it enabled, ask your administrator — it is set through your organization's device policy rather than in BlueMail's own settings.
